Run Love Challenge #4: Run Discovered

By
Heather Stephens
Training

As runners, we are creatures of habit. If we’re not careful we might find ourselves eating the same things and running the same routes, day in and day out. While this lifestyle may be necessary for consistency in training, it can make for a pretty boring existence. This week we’re challenging you to live a little: go out and explore undiscovered territory.

Take your run lover and go...

Over a river.

Through the woods.

Up a mountain.

If you’re in a distance run love relationship, go explore on your own and share a photo with the hashtag: #runlovechallenge

For all the repeat loop lovers out there, fear not! Your loop will be there when you get back.
